Morning. Pagi2 Sami susu patu dia sambung tido aku terus xdpt tido. iye lah tido kat spital mana yg beshnye walaupon bilik nih rm250 satu malam. So pagi2 terus lah nak online sementara Sami tido lagik.. alih2 tgk ade satu lagik contest entry dari Liz, pagi2 buta jugak dia submit. Thanks Liz..terbeliak mata tgk gambo tuh..balik nih nk try..

Cheeseburger Chili Mac & Cheese

bahan-bahan:

250g macaroni

400g daging kisar

2 biji bawang besar - didadu

2 sudu besar serbuk cili

1/2 cawan sos cili

1/4 cawan mustard

secawan stok ayam/daging - nak senang ambil separuh kiub ayam

dan hancurkan dlm secawan air

salt & pepper

2 sudu besar olive oil - 2 turns

1 mangkuk cheddar cheese

cara memasaknye:

1. macaroni direbus el dente. ikut arahan di pek pembungkusan. tos dan ketepikan

2. panaskan olive oil di kuali / non-stick pan

3. masukkan daging kisar. masak hingga perang

4. masukkan bawang besar. masukkan garam dan pepper (ambil secubit besar ala2 mcm chef selalu buat tu) masukkan serbuk cili

5. kacau seketika. bila bawang dah layu masukkn serbuk cili, mustard dan secawan stok ayam/daging

6. kacau sehingga kuah pekat. banyak atau sikit kuah bergantung kepada anda sendiri

7. bila kuah siap, masukkan dalam bekas yg ade macaroni tadi. kacau rata

8. masukkn dlm dish caserole. tabur keju. masukkan dalam oven. masak seketika sehingga keju cair dan keperangan

untuk dish di atas, Liz tak buat step ke 8 dan katanya masih sedap. kalau isteri yg masak mustilah sedap. tak sabar rasenye nak cuba recepi ini.. good luck (good luck kat aku la jadik ke tak nk cuba recepi :P)

Dadzie Cafe @ Sinaran Ukay Condo

Syukur Alhamdulillah

Remember previous entry we got new station to put our Nasi Lemak Cempaka & Jelly Drinks? Yes, it's located at our condo - Sinaran Ukay, Bukit Antarabangsa. I wasn't sure and contemplating as never once we lepak at the cafe and they dont have many customer just i thought. And even we risk with very minimum profit margin just to test the market.

Guess after trying for only 3 days, i was wrong, damn wrong. We sold out Nasi on day one, got 2 return on the 2nd day (which we gave to the guards) and habis at 9pm on day 3! 9pm??? yesterday i sent the nasi at 8pm as we were about to go to Naluri to visit Jaja Gojes (she removed her one tube) and today before maghrib i sent 10packs of nasi and the owner requested to add 15-20.. errr ermmm

I'm positive and realistic gak. Maybe for the first 3days Sinaran resident or visitors excited and wanted to give a try but after a week? anyway the owner - Abang Dadzie (which is look young than me) gave good reason 'nanti start cuti sekolah lagi ramai'.. ermm ok make sense.memang time cuti sekolah ramai sgt la yg suka lepak kat bawah sampai kul 2-3 pagi. .. . tomoro will try for 15packs..
